Toolkit band edges are the published ones. 28 C is printed in both the MODERATE and HIGH rows and resolves upward; the top row is 'Above 30 C', so exactly 30 C is HIGH. The hourly hydration ceiling is the lower of the two AAFA figures - Guide v2.0 Table 2 caps intake at 1.5 US qt/hr (1419 mL), the Toolkit at 1.5 L/hr - because the hazard the ceiling exists for (hyponatremia) is worsened by the larger number.
6000 mL is the Toolkit's per-shift figure above which it declares the heat controls failed and the area in need of engineering intervention; the Guide's '12 quarts daily' is not carried. The Toolkit is heat-only: it publishes no PM2.5 or AQI trigger.
Required inputs: wbgtC, workload
Optional inputs: none
This standard’s output changed in the reference scenarios, in a form that does not reduce to permitted work minutes (for example a screening limit, risk level, or respirator tier). Registry fields changed — parameters changed.
