Resolución SRT 30/2023 replaces Argentina's previous heat-stress annex with an equation-driven method: effective TGBH (WBGT plus a clothing adjustment) is compared against a permissible limit VLP and an action limit VLA, both computed from metabolic rate, over each chronological 60-minute period. Crossing the VLA is a control and exposure-reporting duty; crossing the VLP is an escalation with three employer-chosen routes, one of which is a §9.1 work/recovery plan. Neither is a stop-work.
