Paraguay Decreto N° 14.390/92 — TGBH (WBGT) Exposure Limits and Work/Rest Table (Art. 228) — Heat Stress Work/Rest Limits

Paraguay Decreto N° 14.390/92 (Reglamento General Técnico de Seguridad, Higiene y Medicina en el Trabajo), Art. 228: permissible TGBH (WBGT) maximum values by workload category (liviana/moderada/pesada) and work/rest fraction, plus Art. 227 indoor temperature limits. Binding nationwide on all productive activities (Art. 2). The 12-cell work/rest table is the ACGIH-derived table Paraguay adopted by reference in 1992 and is byte-identical to Chile DS 594 Art. 96 and Québec Schedule V. This engine supersedes the earlier MTESS seasonal-campaign finding, which carried no instrument number.
