Slovenia Workplace Heat Rules (Pravilnik, Uradni list RS 53/2025) — Heat Stress Work/Rest Limits

Slovenia 'Pravilnik o zahtevah za zagotavljanje varnosti in zdravja delavcev na delovnih mestih', as amended by the 2025 heat amendment (Uradni list RS 53/2025, in force 2025-07-12). Binding. Outdoor work above 30°C air temperature triggers a mandatory minimum 15-minute work break at least every 2–3 hours, plus free non-alcoholic beverages and weather/sun protection. The parent Pravilnik separately caps general workroom air temperature at +28°C.

Programmable logic: Outdoor (outdoor !== false) with airTempC > 30°C: mandatory minimum 15-minute break at least every 2–3 hours (encoded as the most-protective hourly average 52.5/7.5 work/rest), free beverages, weather/sun protection. At or below 30°C: continuous work, no trigger. Indoor (outdoor === false): if indoorTempC > 28°C, flag the general-workroom maximum exceeded and require cooling/ventilation/reorganization (no work/rest schedule). Not a graduated WBGT table.
