Programmable logic
Uses the binding 2025 MoEL rule (in force 2025-07-17): apparent temperature 31°C and above defines heat work (폭염작업), requiring cooling, adjusted hours or rest (Art. 560(2)); at 33°C and above at least 20 minutes of rest within every 2 hours is required (Art. 560(3)). Air temperature plus humidity is converted with the KMA apparent-temperature formula.
The calculator keeps separate advisory fields for the 35°C and 38°C outdoor-work notices instead of treating them as hard statutory stop-work thresholds.
