Venezuela COVENIN 2254:1995 (1ra Revisión), 'Calor y frío. Límites máximos permisibles de exposición en lugares de trabajo', approved by COVENIN meeting No. 137 of 1995-12-06 and fully replacing COVENIN 2254:1990. Cl. 4.1.1 states that heat exposure at work must not exceed the Tabla 3 values, which relate the workload category to the TGBH (WBGT) index by work/recovery cycle. The 12 cells equal the ACGIH-derived table also held for Paraguay and Chile, so the engine reuses that table. Tabla 2 (cold) is out of scope.
