Governing metric: General workplace ventilation, lighting, and temperature-extreme equipment duty (no numeric heat threshold)
Programmable logic: Surfaces Art. 17's employer duty to provide special equipment to workers at workstations exposed to temperatures that are too low or too high, Art. 14's duty to protect workers against cold and inclement weather, and the Art. 6-8 ventilation/natural-lighting duties, while explicitly noting that Decret 91-05 has no numeric temperature or WBGT threshold, hydration duty, or work/rest schedule for heat.
