Austria "Hitzefrei" Construction Rule (BSchEG) — Stop-Work / Banned-Hours Rule

Austria Bauarbeiter-Schlechtwetterentschädigungsgesetz (BSchEG) Hitzefrei rule. Outdoor construction workers may stop work when shade temperature reaches 32.5°C. Workers receive 60% of hourly wage reimbursed via the BUAK fund. Active since 2013; threshold reduced from 35°C to 32.5°C in 2019.
