Programmable logic
Shade must be present when temperature exceeds 80°F (provided on request at or below 80°F). High-heat procedures trigger at ≥95°F for agriculture, construction, landscaping, oil/gas extraction, and transportation/delivery. Always require water, cool-down rest, emergency response, training, and a written plan. No fixed work/rest ratio.
