Morocco's Arrêté n° 93-08 of 12 May 2008, which implements Articles 281-291 of the Labour Code, contains NO occupational heat-stress provision. Its Art. 14 — the article the research dossier expected to be an extreme-temperature rule — is a COLD provision: enclosed workplaces must be heated when the temperature drops, so as to maintain a suitable temperature and give rise to no deleterious emanation, and site watchmen must be given a shelter protecting them against the cold. The only numeric temperature anywhere in the instrument is Art. 23's 18 °C minimum for worker accommodation, also cold-side. This engine therefore surfaces the general prevention duties that do apply and states the absence plainly.

Art. 14's heating duty carries no number at all. There is deliberately no heat threshold in this file because the primary text contains none: the dossier's expectation that Art. 14 was an extreme-temperature rule came from an ILO LEGOSH index entry that does not match the instrument.
If a Moroccan heat threshold is ever located it will be in a different instrument and must be registered as its own standard.
