Control measures

Governing metric: Heat hazard assessment (no fixed temperature table)

Programmable logic: Employers with more than 10 employees must maintain a written safety program, job hazard analysis, training, potable water, rest breaks, monitoring, and emergency response. Applied as a control overlay until codified numeric thresholds are available.
