Control measures

Governing metric: Heat hazard assessment (no fixed public temperature table)

Programmable logic: Employers with more than 10 employees must maintain a written safety program, job hazard analysis for heat illness risk, training, access to potable water, rest breaks, monitoring of conditions, and emergency response. Applied as a compliance/control overlay until codified numeric thresholds are available.
