Poland §30a maximum-workplace-temperature rule, added to the 1997 general BHP regulation by Rozporządzenie MRPiPS z 9 lipca 2026 r. (Dz.U. 2026 poz. 927). Signed 2026-07-09, published 2026-07-10 — NOT YET IN FORCE (6-month vacatio legis, binding from 2027-01-11). Indoor workroom hard stop-work ceiling: 35°C, any workload. Outdoor + physically demanding work (>1500 kcal/6280 kJ per shift men, >1000 kcal/4187 kJ women) hard stop-work ceiling: 32°C. No stop-work ceiling is set for outdoor non-physically-demanding work. Below the stop-work ceiling, intervention (technical or organizational measures) is required at 28°C indoor general / 25°C indoor physically demanding / 25°C outdoor (any workload).
