Poland Preventive Meals & Drinks Regulation (Dz.U. 1996 Nr 60 poz. 279) — Heat Stress Control Measures

Poland Council of Ministers Regulation of 28 May 1996 on preventive meals and drinks (Dz.U. 1996 Nr 60 poz. 279). In force. Heat-side provision triggers (no work/rest schedule): outdoor work above 25°C ambient requires free preventive drinks (§4 ust. 1 pkt 3); any workstation where atmospherically-caused temperature exceeds 28°C requires free drinks (§4 ust. 1 pkt 5); a hot microclimate with WBGT above 25°C requires both free drinks and free preventive meals (§4 ust. 1 pkt 1 / §3 ust. 1 pkt 2).
