airTempC strictly above 35 C: surface the Art. 3 measures: reduce work in 13:00-16:00 where compatible with the activity, a break of at least 5 minutes at least hourly in a cool or shaded place, and sufficient accessible fresh water. 35.0 C does not trigger. The microclimate-discomfort limb is qualitative and not computed.
