Its section 46 — the section the research dossier expected to be an extreme-temperature rule — governs STEAM BOILERS. A page-by-page read of sections 19 to 78 found no temperature provision of any kind. This engine surfaces the Act's general duties that do bear on heat (clean water supply under s.54, the general employer duty of care, first aid) and states the absence plainly rather than leaving a Tanzanian user with silence.

The dossier's expectation that s.46 was an extreme-temperature provision came from an ILO LEGOSH index entry that does not match the Act — s.46 is the steam-boiler section.
If a Tanzanian heat threshold exists it is in subsidiary regulations (the OSH (General Administrative) Rules and their amendments) which were not retrieved, and it would need registering as its own standard.
