MTSS 'Guía para trabajos con exposición a altas temperaturas' (November 2025) publishes an advisory reference table of recommended indoor air temperature and relative-humidity bands for enclosed or interior workplaces, alongside a duty to develop a site-specific heat protocol and integrate it into the prevention plan. The guide's other task-specific bands (sedentary light tasks 20–24 °C winter / 23–26 °C summer at 40–60%; moderate tasks 18–25 °C at 40–70%; physically intense tasks or heat sources up to 30 °C at 30–60%; climate-controlled areas 20–22 °C at 45–55%) are surfaced as reference controls.
