Annex 8 gives WBGT reference limits by metabolic class per Jordanian Standard JS 2299:2021; Art. 20(3) requires control measures where a workplace exceeds them.

The supplied WBGT is compared with the limit (exceeded when above it; no clothing adjustment); on exceedance the Art. 20(3) controls are listed. Annex 8 sets no work/rest minutes, so stopWork is always false.
