HG No. 353 of 05.05.2010 (Annex 2, Table 2) caps maximum admissible workplace air temperature by metabolic rate: +32 °C at M ≤ 117 W and +29 °C at 117 W < M ≤ 234 W, with relative air humidity not exceeding 60 %. The rows above 234 W were not read from the source and are deliberately left unencoded.

This rule has no numeric trigger the calculator evaluates — it states duties and control measures rather than a threshold a reading can be checked against. Its measures are listed below.
maxTemp = 32 if M <= 117; 29 if 117 < M <= 234; unencoded if M > 234
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
maxTempLightC | 32 |
maxTempModerateC | 29 |
lightUpperW | 117 |
moderateUpperW | 234 |
maxRelativeHumidityPct | 60 |

Screening limit. Metabolic rate selects the row: 117 W or below uses the +32 °C ceiling; above 117 W up to 234 W uses +29 °C; above 234 W the source rows were not read, so the engine returns no ceiling and a loud gap warning instead of a guessed value. When neither metabolicRateW nor workload is supplied the engine applies the more protective verified row (+29 °C) as a labelled screening default.
A reading above the applicable ceiling is flagged; relative humidity above 60 % is surfaced as an advisory control. No work/rest minutes are published and stopWork is always false.
Required inputs: airTempC
Optional inputs: metabolicRateW, workload, relativeHumidity
