The Pravilnik on preventive measures for safe and healthy work at the workplace (Sl. glasnik RS 21/09) caps workplace air temperature at +28 °C for light, medium and heavy physical work when outdoor air exceeds +15 °C. A separate 2007 Government Recommendation, restated by the Ministry of Labour, treats outdoor work above +36 °C as adverse conditions.

Screening limit. For an indoor workplace (outdoor not true) the air temperature is compared against the Pravilnik's +28 °C ceiling, which Tabela 1 applies to light, medium and heavy physical work alike; the workload label is reported but does not change the ceiling. For outdoor work (outdoor true) the engine applies the Ministry of Labour's advisory +36 °C adverse-conditions point instead.
A reading strictly above the applicable value is flagged; no work/rest minutes are published and stopWork is always false.
